New Don Mills Campus for Cornerstone Montessori Prep School

Toronto, Ontario, June 15, 2011…It is still 3 months away, but parents in the North York-Don Mills area of Toronto are already looking forward to a new state-of-the-art Montessori school campus. Cornerstone Montessori Prep School is delighted to announce the upcoming launch of its new Don Mills campus in September 2011. This JK to Grade 8 program is a division of their established downtown Toronto campus and offers the same high quality education based on faith, leadership, character development and accelerated learning.
In partnership with St. George and St. Rueiss Coptic Orthodox Church, Cornerstone will serve the Don Mills community at its new premises at 33 Mallard Road. Father Rueiss, protopriest of the Coptic Church, said that out of the three schools they considered, Cornerstone was chosen since they demonstrate academic excellence and daily faith living practices throughout all they do.
Cornerstone Montessori Prep School Principal, Dr. Stephanie Ling says, “We are excited about making deeper inroads into the Toronto community and inspiring possibilities in young minds and are delighted to partner with the Coptic Church in opening another campus. Founded in 1990, Cornerstone Montessori Prep School (formerly Cornerstone Preparatory School) is sponsored by the Chinese Young Men's Christian Institution (CYMCI).
